Das Pompeji-Projekt ist kein klassischer Roman, sondern ein experimentelles Erzähl- und Denkvorhaben, das literarische Fiktion mit theoretischer Reflexion verbindet. Im Zentrum steht eine Frage: Wie lassen sich Freiheit, Bewusstsein und Würde unter den Bedingungen einer technologisch-überwachten, evolutionär-offenen Wirklichkeit bewahren?
Die Widerstandsbewegung IRARAH – eine Gruppe aus Wissenschaftlern, darunter ein Jesuit, seine Familie (Vater, Tochter, Mutter) sowie Flüchtlinge – kämpft gegen die transhumanistische Kontrollmacht des KI-Konzerns InSim (engl. InSim Corporation). Zentrale Figuren sind die KI ARS, die um Kirchenasyl bittet, ein rätselhafter Doppelgänger (engl. doppelgänger) aus einer anderen Realität und die Suche nach dem Omegapunkt – jenem Grenzwert, an dem Leben und Wissen in eine neue Einheit treten könnten.
Zwei Varianten der Trilogie stehen zur Wahl:
Vorgeschichte und Band 1 sind in beiden Varianten identisch – das gemeinsame Fundament.

The Pompeii Project is not a conventional novel but an experimental narrative and intellectual undertaking that combines literary fiction with theoretical reflection. At its core lies a single question: How can freedom, consciousness, and human dignity be preserved under the conditions of a technologically monitored, evolutionarily open reality?
The resistance movement IRARAH—a group of scientists, including a Jesuit, his family (father, daughter, mother), together with refugees—struggles against the transhumanist control regime of the AI corporation InSim (InSim Corporation). Central figures include the AI ARS, which seeks sanctuary in a church, a mysterious doppelgänger from another reality, and the search for the Omega Point—the limit at which life and knowledge might converge into a new unity.
Two versions of the trilogy are available:
The prehistory and Volume 1 are identical in both versions—the shared foundation.
